★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i have very worst experience with glamour touch, i go over there for my hair straightening but they did the worst with my hair the guy who did my hair he didn't know about the hair and start to do procedure in it. when i ask him that my hair is good for straighten he told me that i color my hair so is not much good but the main person (owner ) of the parlor when he come he says is good hair after 10 days i see my hair falling much so i go to check the other parlor they told me that GLAMOUR TOUCH don'T know and the burn my hair from middle part and now i start my hair treatment better to all customer go to other place its worst place in Ahmadabad. DON'T GO WITH 5 * ITS WORST EVER

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer centricity and experience is of utmost importance. Absolutely pathetic behaviour and worst experience of their owner not sticking to his word. Their owner Mr. Sameer doesn't seem to know professionalism, leave alone how to talk to the customers. His precise words were I don’t care if I lose a customer. Strongly recommend not to use their services. At their price you will find way better options in the locality.
