★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there three times..two times it was nice experience.. however third tym I went there and the person name Nadeem gave me haircut..he was demotivating me all the time Instead if giving hiar cut..he was treating me like I am no one..he was insulting me all the time for my hai fall and dandruff...this is not the right way ..you should make your customers feel easy and approachable instead of humiliating them..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, my name is Amit and I want to report the worst customer experience I have received from glamzone recently. On July 13th 2021, I called on their reception for scheduling an appointment with Nadeem for trimming my beard. The receptionist who attended the call disconnected it without saying a word. I did not like it at all and called again. The receptionist picked it up and said “Don’t call again otherwise I will file a complaint against you”. I don’t think this kind of abusive behavior is tolerable with a regular customer. Can you please teach your receptionist some manners and etiquettes on how to deal with a customer?!? This is so unacceptable and I will not recommend anyone to ever visit Glamzone. Fiorio is much better than you people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have short hair and I was looking for a professional who would give me a nice cut without giving a cut similar to those of men, which was unfortunately happening from long time. The hair dresser Raj made it possible. The charges are also nominal. It's value for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although their services are ok, the time in which they complete the services is too much.
The first two times I went there, I thought that maybe it's due to the rush.But the third time I went there, even when there were not more than 3-4 customers, they took more than 2 hours for completing their services.They kept on tossing the same woman who was working on me from one customer to the next.The girl would leave the waxer on and then leave saying that I will come back after you change and the wax is ready.Then she would disappear for the next 20-25 minutes and then come back.Then she would do my arms and then say I will just come back,the other customer's face pack has dried.Then she would come back after more than 15 minutes & then resume my services for another 10-15 minutes and then vanish again.So, obviously it would take much much more time than usual if there is only one girl catering to 2-3 customers simultaneously.This happened all the three times.That was sheer lack of management on the part of that lady who sits at the reception.I had some prepaid services pending since more than 2 months which I was told by the lady at the reception that I can avail anytime I want.But whenever I would ask her to do it,she would make some excuse about not having enough staff every time.So I realised that because now that I had already paid for the services, she had no financial advantage of providing those to me now.She kept on making lame excuses everytime I went there and asked for those pending services and was even rude sometimes.
