It is one and half year I ordered Surgical masks and they failed to export and they are not refunding the advance of 4 Laks.
They are not secuer and safe to any one
they will make 100 promises and they will simpley lay to you.

We ordered 2,00,000 pieces of masks from them back in February 2020 when Covid-19 first wave hit India, I didn't know the company personally came to know about them through a "Friend" . He said they are very trustworthy and professional people. I trusted the guy so after inspecting their factory which is in Chandigarh I saw that their appearance does seem professional. but things turned sour very quickly, first they delayed the delivery after taking 30% advance, If you have dealt in mask last year you know what the price was at that time. I begged them to give me my order as there was news that Indian government will soon ban the mask export and eventually it did happen, that was not the end of their lies, first the delayed the delivery then on the day of delivering the goods they asked for balance amount, I called this so Called "Friend" of mine he said its okay you can deposit so without inspecting the goods we paid them and once we receive the goods it was all rejected material without nose clip and worst quality imaginable.
After that lock-down came into force and consulting a bunch of lawyers we decided to launch a case against them so after struggling for almost 1.5 years and numerous meetings and wasting a lot of money and time we were able to get our money back without the interest and Lawyer's fee but something is better than nothing.
So Beware friends!!!! while dealing with this company, they are not trustworthy at all.
