★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad attitude of doctor kunnure.he needs to improve his way of talking.....patient is already in tension of his health issues...he shouts...and ignores his duties.he called me to give fitness certificate...bt when I went to get it ..he talked very rudely...and asked me to come nxt day morning....I told him that morning I have to go fr surgery ,he said I cant help you..my question is that why did he called me for that???wasted my time and also talKed very badly....I must have visited another doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridiculous hospital....doctors have no manners to talk or treat their paitent...all staff r careless ...also give wrong treatment to paitent....they make fool give wrong information about paitent....they don't care about paitents life....they just know how to extend our bill....not a single staff is responsible including doctor's....they had made the source to earn easy money by making fool to their paitents....pls don't go there for any kind of treatment....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My self and wife admitted for Covid treatment. I observed poor attention by nurses. Used bed sheets and pillow cover are used. When I asked the attended he said washing done in laundry but I found it hanging in hospital only for drying. It means bed sheets and pillow covers are soaked only in hospital. Poor cleanliness. No maintenance of toilet. Toilets were in bad condition. Consecutive three nights no nurse turned up in my room. I had to stop saline, remove myself and go to toilet. In ICU nurse sleeps at night and upon called by three patients no response. For diabetic test same needle is used frequently without sterilization. Lungsizer was provided used one. I enquired from manufacturer whether it is sold with proper seal and he said yes. But it wasn't sealed. Same nurse attending 4 ,5 patients who uses PPE kit for which every patient is charged. That is total cost is recovered from each patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ @global5healthcare Hospital is following all safety guidelines for prevention of Covid. I was worried to visit hospitals for treatment of Covid for my Father. But Global 5 hospital is very safe. Overall very good experience. The hospital nursing staff is very helpful and caring. Housekeeping was very cooperative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They take your signature and fillup feedback form themselves without asking patients review and feedback which is not right they just ask for signatures and no feedback . I was surprised to see all good remark selected on my form without my consent

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Careless treatment,front desk person is not trained,Dr is self confused about patient which treatment has to be given, also hospital staff is not cooperated to the patient
In 3 nights 2 days they did the bill amount rs. 1lakh for covid 19 treatment which is unbelievable also did told take patient to another hospital as we couldn't help after giving so much expensive injections and putting patient on oxygen and unnecessary in ICU dept.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This doctor provides medical check up for DG shipping for 6250₹ for the fake shipping company like YGSHM and Helsinki of Wadala.
They charges this much amount for just basic medicals where vaccination of hepatitis and other vaccination is included but doesn't give these vaccination which I wasn't aware later came to know.
I asked for the medical bill which they denied and told that they will send to Helsinki Shipping company but they didn't just doing fraud with people.
