★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Business park is located on Sardar Patel Ring Road near the Odhav cross roads and Odhav police station. It is also nearby Odhav Ring road BRTS station. It has all basic amenities with enough parking space available.
A disadvantage due to the Odhav over bridge om ring road takes away showroom view for shops yet it's a good place for small shops due to advantageous location.
