About Global IP India
Kshitij Malhotra holds a degree in Chemical engineering and is a registered Indian patent agent. He is also a lawyer from University of Delhi, and enrolled at Bar Council of Delhi and authorized to practice law in courts of India. He has prior experiences of working in the Indian, Japanese, and US patent systems. He has helped many Indian and foreign clients in obtaining patents at major patent offices. He was received as a trainee in JPO program for patent experts held in Tokyo in 2013.
Kshitij focuses on advising clients on various IP issues including drafting patent applications, prosecuting applications, PCT filings and IP strategy. He also specializes in non-contentious & contentious work, such as drafting agreements, IP negotiations, patent & trademark dispute resolution & representations at patent office, courts and IP Appellate Boards.
