...Put a request for TV repair on1st April.
Amount paid Rs 199 Engineer visiting charges/ service charges
Today is 5th April 2021
So far got a call from engineer who never wanted to visit. Just said ," Sir company se kara lo better hoga"
I tried to complain but if you are not a member of one assist it is hell of a job. But still after several attempts you can only chat no Customer Service over call.
So I had to type the whole story twice and then somehow the complaint got registered.
But Again I only got a call and nothing else.
No Service !!
No repair !!
No refund !!
