★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couldn’t wait another day for this exhausting trip to end! Our Singapore/Malaysia trip was our worst trip ever. It seemed that Singapore was poorly organized but Malaysia was even worse.
Global Voyage made no effort to customize the trip and took none of the requests in consideration, extremely poor quality service and arrangements. 10 wasted days, lots of money down the drain and the owner’s response to complaint is ‘ok noted’.
We do not recommend this agency to anyone who is looking at anything more than just cheap travel for namesake.
