★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very recently, I had the misfortune of booking part of my Euro trip with Global Walk Holiday Packages. Right from booking to the execution of the trip was a totally unprofessional. Received several vouchers on last day upon multiple follow ups. Erratic transfer between hotel and airport with contact information not responding. Ended up missing my transfer in Paris due to incorrect scheduling by these 'travel planners' Subsequently, for onward flights incomplete check-in information provided leading up to land up airport with a lie that check in has been done only to horrified to know the contrary, eventually end up paying 55 euros p.p, in addition to running around the airport with desperately trying to reach these guys for a solution thanks to their incompetent staff. The less said about the hotel they booked for us in Rome, the better. Paris leg of the trip completely screwed thanks to their planning and left a bitter taste in the mouth for such an anticipated holiday.
A lesson learnt albeit at the cost of a ruined holiday. Two words for people thinking about them as an option : STAY AWAY, save some mental agony since experience of planning travel with them is as pleasant as nails on a chalkboard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A month ago, I was misfortune of booking my honeymoon trip to Maldives with Global Walk Holiday Packages. Right from booking to the execution of the trip, the whole experience was disappointment and unprofessional. Received hotel confirmation a day before the trip after multiple follow ups. Delayed transfer between resort and the airport and also from one villa to another with no compensation. Ended up wasting 2 days out of our 3 day trip. Complete disappointment. The resort booked had incompetent staff. There were mad follow-ups for balance payment of 6K during our trip with not acceptable words used. Post our trip, till date I have been following up for the TCS challan and have still not received.
A lesson learnt albeit at the cost of a ruined holiday. Two words for people thinking about them as an option : NOT RECOMMENDED
