Joining/working with this company is totally waste of time as there is nothing good in company.
SHARING WORST EXPERIENCE.
- Starting they do 2 yrs BOND so one get kept for 2 PRECIOUS years of life.
MD of company ,pankaj shah is only looking for MONEY no value of efforts he/she done for product.
- All the products are OUT DATED.
- No any NewTechnology.
- ATMOSPHERE NOT LIKE ENGINEERING FIRM.
- Dont allow mobile to use(Except favourite peoples)
There is no any plan and hierarchy with proper knowledgeable person in company.
There is no VALUE OF DEVLOPMENT by engineer,either he/she do extra efforts.
There is no any sound technical person in company and they do it with engineer and put all the responsibility on he/she of product.
There are lots of employees Left company before bond period with bad experience.
HR/ACCOUNT Policy are also worst.
Its only good and changes overnight for Favourite employees only.
All good review before this are copied/same you can see.its all forcefully done.
PLEASE DON'T GET TRAP IN THIS.
There are lot more bad things.
