★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever ?. Bought being human jeans from Eternity globus. Kept it for fitting. Next day when I came to pick my jeans, as soon as I tried jeans the button popped out and I immediately complained about it to your employee "NITIN BURDE". He took my measurement at the time of purchase also. I told him to fix the button, he hammered it and gave it to me. I said I'll try it to check he said "it's fine, this issue will not happen again". After trying at home it popped out again. Today I went to GLOBUS to complaint about faulted product then your employee "NITIN BURDE"
said to me➡️ "We don't have original button, this one is destroyed, Buy being human button from outside and come back to me to fix your jeans ❗"
This is not the way your employee should talk to customers. Fire "NITIN BURDE" and before hiring employees please test their skills thoroughly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic & poor shopping experience. AC is never functional, stock is old, staff is arrogant. Offers are denied. I purchased some merchandise in an offer and was given 30 days return period, the same was exchanged but then the offer was denied. Very slow and small billing counter and people preparing bills are like Zombies who just can work quickly.
