Bad experience Visited to show room for renewal of my insurance policy due to technical fault in their payment machine I pay 2time one by credit card one by on line no intimation for double payment surprise to see the credit card statement received after one month no intimation from showroom one I intimate they alleged that this is your fault

It's a busy place, the executive was not interested in customer service. They always give cold shoulder to customer. I personally asked them for the finance scheme but there is no reply.

WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE. Staff misguides you with bogus claims and take money out of your pocket. I was prmised free service at the time of selling AMC to me but later on they charged for everything when my bike was sent for service. Its really sad to see the greediness of the company and letching money out of the pockets of inocent customers. Also the number of items mentioned in the invoice is way beyond what they have actually done in the service. RUDE BEHAVIOUR, UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

Very very bad service gujrawala town service centre , they charge extra money even they don't sanitiz activa and charge extra money and supervisor behave is so bad they are just hungry for money , they add extra charges in bill and no benefit to complaint to seniors because all are involved in this , we should stop buy Honda Activa from them , Honda company should send direct msg to customers for rating then they may change their self and make happy to customers

Poor service standards. Service delivery times often breaches. Further, think twice before submitting claim cases in the globus honda GTK industrial area garage as nexus of claim handling officer & service outlet staff plays with the mind of the people. No SOP are followed. Works like a sarkari babu. They often call customers on other day for vehicle submission as they work approx 10-12. Days in a month. Writing it after personal experience. Their official Mail correspondence doesn't work despite apitu g it in job card & front end customer help desk support team are not fully trained

i had purchased activa 6g before 7 month. and after 2nd service of scooty is not working properly. scooty battery is dead and my scooty is in under warranty they are not giving better response customer care is very bad they not listed to your any problem.
