I bought an office chair from them during lockdown and got some defect in chair as it was in warrenty they replaced the damaged part immediately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aftercare service is pathetic. Customer needs to follow-up with head office in Bangalore by themselves. I purchased a chair and it malfunctioned after few months of usage and I have to follow-up with customer care and seems like I have to sort out inter-company issues. I wont recommend this place for shopping since they fail to provide good customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every person in the team quote different price ,I believe the owner is too arrogant, let's see if this arrogance remain once Featherlite start online delivery in Rajasthan. As per Featherlite Banglore office , they will start delivery soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Featherlite is one of the best brand for ergonomic office furniture. I ordered a Featherlite Helix from them, however, hated the after sales experience. I requested them to ship the chair to my house in Jodhpur for which they charged ₹1000, which I was okay to pay. However, when the chair didn't reach me even in a week, after multiple followups, I was told to collect the chair from a freight godown. When I told the sales rep about this, he told me, that ₹1000 was just for packing and forwarding and if I want the chair delivered to my place, it will cost extra. Infact, when I finally went to the godown for collecting my chair, I saw that the freight company only charged them ₹150 for the shipping.
