YOU HAVE GREAT FITNESS CLASSES LIKE ZUMBA AND BODY FLOW AND PUMP. THE INSTRUCTORS HAVE SUCH PASSION AND ENERGY FOR WHAT THEY DO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to workout there, Gym machines and atmosphere is good, all the Trainers are knowledgeable & excellent, Gym owner Raja Dutta is Very good and Friendly person also helpful.Best gym in ultadanga area.
But another owner avishek is very arrogant and rude, he thinks himself the superior and only he knows everything, others are illiterate. But actually have seen misguiding people.
You can join but try to avoid him.
