company owner not follow indian company act norms.
company involve in practice unethical rules which also comes under crime like submitting original documents of employees like original aadhaar card and other education documents.
when you leaving the company that time company owner will give you only two option either original docs or salary and you have to choice only one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner is complete fraud. We were small vendor for this company. We had pending payment of 35 k rs and he completely refused to pay and started making excuses. We cooperated upto full extent like getting payment in 4-5 months but he is not thankful to anyone; only greed is his top priority.
Don't trust his words. Once all material delivered then he will start making story , dig out old issues and frustrate you with his excuses.
