Pls don't visit this Hospital for any treatment, they loot your money
Worst doctors, they don't listen to actual problem and insist us to take all tests.
Also suggest surgery which is actually not required.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came with my mom for doctor's advise regarding her high bp. The existing OPD doctor immediately admitted her into the hospital and did Trop1 marker test along with ECG and other tests.
The asst doctor called us separately and told us that my mother tested positive for Troponin 1 and she's in grave danger of myocardial infarction (heart attack)
We immediately decided to discharge her and take her to Apollo. The doctors warned us saying we will be responsible in case of any emergency / death. They adviced we go for many other tests. But we refused.
Finally they issued discharge against medical advice.
Next day we took her to Apollo hospital Bannerghatta Road. We again did the same tests and found out that my mother is Troponin Negative and her heart is fine. All she has is hypertension which can be controlled by medication.
Please never go to GM hospital with your loved ones! They took advantage of our emotions and tried to manipulate us by giving us incorrect reports.
Absolutely unforgivable!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only good thing is the doctor is good.
Everything else is bad - very bad experience.
Cons:
1. Very lazy staff - nurses, billing staff, insurance desk are all very lazy, and we need to follow-up several times for every thing.
2. Nursing staff will always be on their phone (checking FB, instagram) and gossiping, hardly attends to patients even after calling couple times. Age of my father was incorrectly mentioned as 57 yrs, where as doctors mentioned as 67yrs in their prescriptions.
3. The hospital doesn't have a good insurance tie-up. We had ICICI lombard and GM hospital doesn't have tie up, so we had to try with 3rd party sponsor (Ayu Health - which is inefficient and time consuming)
4. We had to eventually pay by cash, and had to struggle for 3 hours more to get the original reports, bills and discharge summary.
5. During discharge doctors prescribed few tables/medicines - which were not at all available at their pharmacy.
Overall a very bad experience - we will never visit this again, and will not recommend this to any friends or family.

Worst hospital I have seen in my lifetime… no proper doctors and staff.. they treat patients very rude…
They charge for everything but not proper treatment…
They are charging Rs.1200.00 for food but Its stale food…
We have discharged by ourselves… and we shifted to Unity lifeline…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Grand-dad was admitted for an Angioplasty. Have to say they've got a brilliant and dedicated Cardiac Team not only the Cardiac from the admission to the discharge things were smooth. Have to appreciate it .

Especially nursing care is excellent❣️ and they do hard work day and night?, communication also good, nurses are responding immediately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEVER VISIT THE HOSPITAL.
I was made to wait for 2.5 hrs to get a bed prepared after being tested positive for covid having low SPO2. The pharmacy is the worst of all, doesn't send medicine on time. The food service sucks, not on time, food wasn't hot or warm. These people get insured patients once in a while, to get money from them, they included unnecessary items on bill and insurance company rejected them. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.
