★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am sorry to write like this. For me an event is a pride for my company and even for the customer. When it comes to work, I need to first think as a customer, their guests and then as an owner of the company.
Yesterday I had been to a marriage ceremony, as per Odisha market I can rank the team as 6/10. Guys I am not comparing you with anyone outside Odisha or INDIA. Yes, I ranked you 6 because of your managing skills. Below are certain points which I marked:
1. Staff should always eat after the party is over or else they should be given a separate zone to eat during the party. I understand they are also human being, but they are never allowed to stand along with the guests and eat.
2. Even of the staff ate, he threw the bones right over there on the carpet, aewww, how can an event team be so casual and irresponsible for this, they should rather clean it by making the cleaning staff in work.
3. I was about to puke by looking to the heap of soiled plates, the plates were lying down and the worst part was the CREW Member was standing there and contributing in making the place more dirty by throwing his chew stuff splitting from his mouth.
Guys if anyone hiring them, please guide them they are good in arrangements but they need managing skills to become more professionals.
