Dharmendrabhai was very helpful all throughout the ordering process and also very patient with slight amendments I requested regarding the colours of the murtis. They arrived yesterday, in excellent condition - no damage done in transit. Very happy with the murtis and I highly recommend GMB to anyone.

After talked to the owner Mr. Dharmendrabhai, he guide me as per my need, gave me updates for drawing, work updates and provided great customer service. Beautiful temple made by his team. Everything has done by hand work design. Sent temple by sea at the Houston, Texas and when I received temple and noticed that not a single scratch on the temple. Great packing service also provided by GMB idols. Definitely, I recommended GMB idols for great price, 100% satisfaction and great customer service. Good job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So so happy with the entire customer service Dharmendra bhay offered and the murtis were exceptional. The best part is that they offer competitive prices for overseas customers, have full knowledge of foreign customs requirements and packed those idols very well!
We could entirely customise our murtis, be it design, size or colours.
Once the murtis were delivered, we had a video call with Vishal bhay showing us how to unpack and where to hold the murtis to not break them. So after sales service was also remarkable!
Would highly recommend GMB!

I hardly give 5 stars in my reviews but here, I should because the GMB team deserves it. Like a normal buyer, I have searched for Hindu Wooden Temple around the India and got many quotations. The tricky part was to select the seller without meeting him F2F. On top of it, the delivery in a foreign land which means I need to make the full payment without the involvement of any 3rd party. I would say the seller has fulfilled his promises way better than my expectations.
I had placed my temple order on 13th of July 2021 and received first completion notification on 7th of Sep 2021. After that, we went through multiple corrections and customization without impacting the main structure. The seller was really prompt and amazing listener. Finally on 24th of Sep 2021, the product was ready to dispatch. Due to Corona and EU regulations in custom, it got delayed in delivery but it wasn't seller fault because I had selected the courier service. on 21st Dec 2021, I had received my package. The outer and inner packaging were strong enough to handle any major impact during transit. The product assembly was easy and straightforward. There was no damage and it is possible only when you are real professional in packaging. The quality of wood is good and heavy. So, I would like to thank GMB team for delivering such good product and borne with me on day-2-day inquiries with patience.
