★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales men office has some unique pungent. The prices are too high for the location it stands. However, the desig of the homes are splendid but need some ramifications. Mosquitoes at night time probably because of a open drainage somewhere. Quick conne tivity to nice road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is near Kengeri lake and still under construction. Barring few flats sold out major part is still for sale. But they don't have good marketing office in place where a prospective buyer can sit and have a look of the catalogues or the flats. A straight wide Road from Kengeri is reaching the apartment but it will take still long tine before it is fully ready to be moved in. They have max 1460 soft of 3 bedroom apartment so if any body is looking for spacious house they won't find it considerable. But location is good if you want to live little inside of the city overlooking jungle like surroundings.
