A big parking space but there should be some facilities like washrooms, drinking water etc, which is missing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gmdc ground is huge ground. Where many sports are players like cricket, football and more. Proper place to run, walk and jog for some people and if anyone interested in sports there are teams available you can join them. They train you and proper coaching is given with matches played.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the biggest 9 nights FESTIVAL "GMDC VIBRANT NAVRATRI" Is celebrated here every year. Anybody who's interested in Gujarati traditions & culture must visit this without missing!!
Superb navratri arrangements including beautiful lights, decorations, statues, food stalls,water, washrooms, security, guards, cultural function, great sound, sitting arrangements, amazing singers, exhibition,fountains.
Entry to ground is only for traditional wear people, other people can play garba outside main ground forming their own groups.
Also various types of tickets such as Very IMP VIP first row, then paid VIP passes & then all general public.
Crowd is very huge. At the end sharp 12 AM Maha Aarti is getting played where all people worship & do Diya Aarti by themselves standing at their seats. The holy atmosphere this Festival creates.
Normally this ground is huge cricket ground, many events like Expo exhibitions are getting organized here.
There's a big Hall in GMDC building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited GMDC ground and my son played Cricket in box net playground..That was amazing experience. This ground is used for sports activities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good for many things. Only big ground in the serenity of the place. Occasionally they organize big fairs and other festival gatherings (like garba).
Must be cautious of flying cricket balls on each weekend. And there is always like 10 people practicing car driving.
