★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service. Order placed and they didn't received it when I chased with order they are saying they can't give offer which I paid for on the day of order. Chasing them for last 12 days and no idea if they will place my order or just making fool of me.
When you call customer support they say that they have raised the ticket and backend team will look into it. After couple of days backend team respond with ticket closed without and solution or had conversation with you.
If you really want to get GNC products go to offline store. DONT ORDER ONLINE YOUR MONEY WILL GET STUCK.
Never had such experience with any other company. Zero effort from support team to sort out the problem. I wish I could give zero star.
NOT GOING TO ORDER NEXT TIME.
