Depending on each unit, floor and facing
1 bhk approx 30 sq.m and approx 36 Gaz sq.yd, (two sided open) , Govt. Scheme 2013 BHS 16 Affordable flats with cover parking for two wheelers & open parking space for four wheeler , structure - Ground+3F+Terrace, huge project by GNIDA , Govt already offered to take possession and start living but society members are not willing to take possession as due to covid 19 not all people able to pay overdue of the flat, in this type of circumstances flats are still empty and neighbour village are now start using these flats as their need. But still waiting for the good output as jewar airport and Yamuna film city can increase the price of this location and properties, Hope for the good and positive response, it's like a long time investment plan, God knows what will be the future of this project. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Up coming. Still not habituated but near to completion. Nearby railway station going to be a junction, industrial area absolutely throwaway distance. Multinational manufacturing institutions have already spread wings. Looks like a good habitat on way.
