My suggestion for Owner to come up with diversified categories like
1. Fun Zone for childrens
2. Ice Cream parlour or cafe like Cafe coffe day
3. Barbeque Nation or Pop tates
4. Speciality stores like Pantaloons, Reliance digital, Tanishq, Titan, Crossword etc
5.require Fountain in garden with lightings
6. Small music session on weekends
Any of these if possible will match with other Mumbai Suburban mall status.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the land mark of Ambernath. The place has lot of reputed brands such as PVR, Sketchers, Pizza hut, Subway, DIY, Max and many more.
Very soon Reliance trends will open beside Max and will be very convenient for people of Ambernath to shop from this mini mall.

You will find lot of Quick Service restaurants like Mcdonalds, Subway, Burgerking, Jumbo king, KFC and Pizza hut
Place is less crowded all the time. On weekends you may see more crowd then usual, but still not that much.
