1) Mr Haris (Owner and Trainer) a super friendly teacher who has provided me with the all the tips and tricks that helped me to crack the IELTS test easily.
2) The advices that he gave were very personalised and the solutions to my problems were given almost immediately. He worked round the clock with me and made sure that I do well.
