★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been visiting the store almost since its inception. Lily, my puppy was 6 months old back then and has since taken to Gounleash like one of her own homes. The owners & the staff are particularly caring towards pets and it is fun as well as informative to have conversations with them. Niranjan, the store manager keeps following up regularly on Lily’s food requirements and is never short of sharing discounts and updates on whatsapp. They also offer home delivery services in case you are caught uo with work or can’t visit the store.
The grooming services at Go Unleash are quite pampering for Lily. She does feel anxious before entering the bath area, but once in, she makes the most of her time in there. The collection of toys and the concept of the toy tub is quite interesting. This is one store I felt had ample space for you and your pet to move around. Most pet stores are crowded and the aisles are narrow, but not here. If you have a pet, I strongly recommend you visit Go Unleash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hey all you guys out there who is searching best place for your pets, let me tell you that this is one of the best places to get your baby groomed and would suggest do not even think for second before visiting it. It's my genuine feedback.Took my baby today to this grooming parlour and got excellent service especially thanks to Vaishnavi ? as she was such a sweetheart to my baby though he troubled a lot to her?
But I would say, great place,great ambiance for your lovelies,great service,gives the best attention to your babies and last but not the least is the moment gets captured which I liked a lot.
I wanna say thank you to (Go Unleash) guys from bottom of my heart for giving such a good care to my kiddo!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took our Shih tzu Smokey to Gounleash for trimming, and wash. Niranjan and his dog stylist friend were really v helpful and they went out of the way to make sure the job is nicely done without hurry. They were patient. Since it took a longtime for the trimming, they also fed Smokey and made good friends with him. Really Happy with service, definitely recommended.. Thanks

The Go Unleash team got back to me and offered a reliable solution to get rid of the ticks. As I suggested earlier that the services are good and its a great place to visit for their grooming services.
Services offered are good, but their hygeine protocols are weak. I have come here thrice and all three times my pet has contracted ticks. My pet isvery old so he doesn't go for any walks and mingle with other dogs, so the only time he could have contracted ticks is at his grooming session. And I have seen that when they put the dog on the grooming station they do not clean it before and after and it has many old hairs and particles stuck. I like the place but I would not recommend going till they improve the cleanliness to ensure that pets don't contact ticks and infections from the store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was just okish store.Ihad purchased ice cream for dog and while billing they said Icecream is spoilt and not to take any. Then why keep them for display? Also, they showed us dog grooming area which was smelling really bad and had dog hair oiled up everywhere! Not a good experience!
