He just run away ,do not listen any ward, while lndigo so helpful.because next day I wating for next flight to Kolkata,one lady reached gate no 1a with indigo assistant before 15 minutes schedule time.So never try go air

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst worst worst experience ever. I dont understand why you people books tickets if you dont have the dare to fly with less people. Why you have get into this business if you cant bare some losses. Instead of it, you keep on delaying the flights and cancel it after some time with the so called biggest excuse "technical issue". Indigo is far more professional and far more customer friendly. Even the customer service is worst. You people really need the top management to look into deeper to you guys working.
Poor poor and just poor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad airlines.we always use indigo.but this time we tried goair as their time suit us.but all flights are delayed from jaipur to anywhere on 19 Oct 2021.
Passengers should avoid GOAIR altogether.please go by INDIGO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They should receive an award for the worst Airline in India. Plus the attitude of their customer care employees is as if they are they doing a favor on us. Please change your plans and book some other airline but don't go for this, I have had a bad experience with them twice.
