★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guys, please be careful. Please do not book the bikes from this place. They will not refund your money even if there were false promises made from their side and your booking is done based on their call centre associates. They put the blame on you and disconnect your calls abruptly while talking. I had faced this issue today morning and they denied refunding my money. There was no option to select bike pick up location on the website, however, they still force you to agree saying that it is available. They are not aware of their own website information. I had a terrible experience with this company. Please be watchful.
