★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can't trust them. Don't make plans with their services. I had booked a bike, called them to get confirmation. They asked me to come to INA. Then called again to visit Gurgaon. I refused as I was in Delhi.
After few levels of discussions, they promised for the refund. Neither got refund nor any mail communication.
Very worst service. Users should be aware on these risks before making payment.

Guys be very sure from any bookings from their service, they don't respond anyway. once you booked and needed to cancel they don't have any option or any response over it whatever you try either mail or call- and I guess same might be with booking as well. Very poor support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever!! SCAM & FRAUD. You will end up paying for a bike which will not even be there at the station and when you call them up, they will say that the amount has not been received and will get refunded. But it does not. DO NOT RENT A BIKE. IT'S A SCAM. Their order date also shows "1970". This is how ridiculous their website is. When you ask for refund, they will completely deny and talk rudely. Go with some other rentals nearby who will have bikes readily available and will treat you better.

Local guys with bikes from friends like, munna, Lallu, goldi, bunty etc.. without theirs parents knowledge, they commit to deliver home bikes to customers with all possible issues and no proper service. They don’t refund and don’t deliver bike too “saying my parents are awake, I will drop the bike post 11:30pm) This is fraud and all good rating on google is one among a fool from their gang.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible, I would never suggest anyone to trust them. I booked a royal enfield classic 350,when I asked them for confirmation, in the morning they said ok the bike will be ready at the time of pickup, one hour before the pickup I called again and they said the bike u booked is not available and if I want the same bike I need to go approximately 24kms to pick up that bike. Later I had to agree with a yamaha fz as I needed it urgently, I was left with no choice. Later on when I went to return the bike they made me wait more than 1 hour, and the refund that I was supposed to get, I had to argue with them for so long, even after that I didn't receive my full refund.
I would suggest whoever is reading this, never ever go to them, don't trust them.
There are so many other bike on rent services available, much more better than "go bikes"
And the bike key flew off on every bumper

1) I booked a Dio and they gave me an Activa
2) Bike's condition was ridiculous.. it was full of dust, scratches everywhere
3) Helmet provided was a dirty one.
4) Suspensions were totally Gone.
5) For Bikes pick-up location I have to travel by changing 2 metros and 3 kms by auto.
6) They should set a determined location preferable to all. Not just convince from there side.
6)At end of the day they charged 450 for the bike pickup from different location and that to i have to wait almost more than hr them to come.
