★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am Komal and have been learning yoga at God Gift Yoga center since 8 months now - due to long hours of sitting in front of the laptop, i have had back pain and belly fat issues along with severe acidity for more than 10 years - while my back pain has healed, the belly fat has also come down considerably. Acidity issue is completely resolved. I have lost weight of up to 3kgs but i could have done more by being regular to class and following sir's diet advice strictly. Sir's regular follow ups and advice motivates students to practice the right nutritional diet,to stay active, sleep well, eat well and stay calm. The offline and online classes are well structured in such a way that ensures attention to all parts of the body and includes meditation practices for the mind too. Thanks to God Gift Yoga center and sir for encouraging the students to bring in a positive and healthy lifestyle change - recommended for all age groups.

Yoga sir is very good in following up your classes ,health and diet.
I am able to see improvements in my health, i feel energetic and positive whole day. I had back pain and not getting sleep in the night but it's reduced a lot now and I get a good sleep. I have lost 3KG weight with in a span of one month. Here in yoga classes , many asana's are taught according to your requirements, surya namaskar, pranayama , yoga nidra all these have helped me in many ways. Flexible timings and online classes also available if you can't attend offline classes. Due to these flexibilities i am able to attend the classes consistently.
I would like to express my gratitude to yoga sir who is responsible for so many improvements in my mental and physical health.

I have been going to Yoga class since 2 months.
I had severe back pain since 1 year and thyroid from 12 years. After going to yoga class my pain back is completely gone and I feel very energetic the whole day.
All thanks to god's gift yoga centre.

Diet schedules, water intake, sleep pattern are discussed & inputs provided by our instructor regularly .Sir ensures to take care of individual participating members.I am very happy & satisfied as I have not only lost weight, I feel energetic,calm & have noticed great flexibility in my body.
