Bad service. The vehicle was not at the railway station when I arrived. Had to contact the owner. Another car was sent. I had to wait for nearly 30 minutes. The driving by the driver is very very rash. This is not a fake review but a late review. The incident happened on 4th July 2019 when we travelled from Rajahmundry station to Draksharama and back to Rajahmundry Airport in the evening.

Godavari cabs owned by Mr. Lakshman is a reliable cab service in rajahmundry at reasonable price with best in quality & condition mostly new cars provided. But only complain is in the quality of drivers be it their customer behaviour, driving sensibility or courtesy when dealing with waiting period, customer pick up after every halt when on a pilgrimage can improve drastically. Also, they are rude at times when demanding customer sponsored breakfast lunch dinner during outstation trips over & above the agreed tariff which is all inclusive price agreed at signoff. It can go a long way in improving this feedback by hiring right drivers and as well as soliciting continuous customer feedback for improvement.

Clearly deserves a 0 star and complaint registered against Mr.Trimurthulu Gollavilli for calling customers mental publically and just because there was a bad review. 3 of us from Daivik Developers, Bangalore travelled to Rajahmundry to buy plants for our projects in Karnataka during which we experienced a bad service. This taxi service was booked by our company. When one of my colleague wrote a review mentioning the same about the bad service Mr.Trimurthulu Gollavilli started calling us and texting us threatening to delete the review. When we didn't respond he's written that it's a fake review and we didn't use his service and then he only writes that the person who wrote the review is mental and didn't get the offer at the nurseries so we have taken the frustration on the driver ? So then you agree we did use your taxi service and it's not a fake review. You seem to be confused. Also, we travelled to Rajahmundry to buy about 1500 plants which wouldn't fit in your car so like we mentioned earlier your driver didn't understand Hindi and you came to a conclusion through him that we didn't get the offers so we had a problem with him? Kindly want to make it clear to Mr.Trimurthulu Gollavilli, as my colleague had also mentioned that you are very rude and you just proved it by calling your customer mental. We didn't ask you for a driver fluent in English, we asked you if someone can understand Hindi/English so that atleast basics he can understand and you had agreed. You shouldn't have promised and then say that if the driver knew English he would be doing a better job. Kindly try to improve and rectify your services than threatening your customers when there's a bad review and just mentioning that it's fake review. Taxi services are supposed to be safest and this threatening behaviour and calling people mental and arrogant won't help much. Again, replying to your reply, it's mentioned it's a fake review by the owner. Your 10 year experience is very evident with you calling your customer mental and threatening to delete the review. You first said we didn't take your service and now say we traveled 20 nurseries. 20 or 100 nurseries why would it matter when you are charging us by kms and hours. You said we traveled 149kms, didn't show any proof and we still paid your driver the extra amount+tip. Anyway, like I said earlier, I was also travelling in this car along my colleagues so you don't have to threaten again to give her number because I know her contact details and know what exactly happened. Also we went to total 8 nurseries in kadiyam which was 50kms from hotel but the driver by half a day said we crossed 105kms. The owner said he would provide proof since he could track on gps but didn't give since he lied. Think before booking this service, go through all the reviews. Every customer who's written a bad review has been rudely replied by the owner that it's fake. And yes, we even took a guide with us since your driver didn't understand anything we said and we didn't have any other option. We couldn't even ask him to take us to a restaurant because he didn't understand. The guide himself mentioned the travel was within 50kms and it's very common for these people to cheat tourists and they end up fighting. That's exactly what happened. When it's a bad review it's a chance to improve your service and inform the customer that it wouldn't happen again. But you are just threatening the customers and calling them mental. We wouldn't want to continue this thread of reply anymore because it doesn't seem like you understand the term good customer service, so closing it here. Good luck with your bad attitude.

Every bad review written by customers are replied by the owner saying it's a fake review. So making it clear that this isn't a fake review, looks like all the good reviews given are fake reviews by the owner. I travelled from Bangalore. They are clearly cheating the tourists. They are overpriced and no sanitization or no safety measures taken which was promised. We had specifically requested for a innova and was charged for the same but some other car was sent. Driver couldn't understand any word we said, even after informing the owner the previous day we needed someone who could understand Hindi/English and he agreed to the same. If it was mentioned they couldn't arrange for someone who could understand, we would have just gone for some other taxi service. The driver just kept driving in wrong roads because he couldn't understand what we said and we had to call up the owner and ask him to translate in which he didn't help at all. So we later had to take a local guide just to show us some shops, which generally the taxi drivers help you out with. Owner told us about providing proof for the distance travelled and that was never provided. Suggest the owner to learn to be a less rude to customers and understand the issues and improve your service.

First time I travelled in godavari travels I took car for out station site seeing purpose.. Good service.. Good condition cars given by management.. Overall experience is good..
