★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good colony available at a affordable price. All amenities like park, cc road, proper sewage and water supply system available. The per sqft rate of plot is Rs.1200 as of now (Dec-2018). The project is under development and the work progress is very good. Major national banks like sbi, pnb and hdfc ltd finance facility available. Afterall a good investment in vidisha area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are lots of problems with the builder. He is not maintaining the project well and left the project unfinished. I see poor quality of construction in LOTUS, LIG and EWS units. Every other day water or street lights issues comes. builder sometime doesn't pay electricity bill and whole colony runs out of the water and street lights, Recently street lights were out of power for 8-10 days because builder didn't pay electricity bills. Though gardens looks big in size but they are not maintained by builder. Biggest problem is poor drainage. water logging in rainy season. Builder showed big dreams to the buyers like swimming pool, jogging treks etc. You will find nothing on ground, no jogging trek, swimming pool is unfinished, Those who have given good rating either don't live in the society or from the marketing team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location , worst management. Project is run by Joshi & rana buildcon if you find any other projects running by these two person/firm. Do not invest your hard earned money on such projects. They will promise you moon and what not and once they'll get their hands on investment by you, they'll show you big a nothing. Their western park project is also in progress. People are recommended to ask these two personalities to show their earlier projects wether they are running/functioning well or not.
