★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased StorewelM2. Received a defective product.
Defects: (1) Locker door does not open or close smoothly (2) Number of spots that require paint touch up for inside walls
My question to Godrej management:
1. Do you have Quality Assurance Department? If yes, why the product was not rejected at Final Product Inspection?
2. Why are Godrej and Service teams are working in Silos? I receive a phone call from Godrej office saying that service person will arrive on Monday. No body turns up. I send email to Godrej office. Phone call comes on Tuesday saying that they could not send on Monday but they will send service person by 4 PM on Tuesday. One hour later, Service ticket details sent. Then Service person calls and asks what time should he come. According to Service person, he has no knowledge of 4:00 PM schedule. When asked how come you didn’t have the schedule, he say “we are service and they are Godrej”!!!
3. Both teams wasted my Monday and Tuesday for fixing the defective product
4. Defective Product delivered on Dec 31st and not fixed till 7th
5. Being old customer of Godrej, I was under the impression that I would get Quality product and Good service. I am disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bought a Godrej A/C from Eham digital world calicut on 11/09/2018 for my office as my office inauguration was tomorrow,but the A/C was not in working condition . So i asked them to replace but they told me to contact Godrej so i contacted Godrej then they were saying that they will come without telling me when.Their are lot of companies AC their ,But i choose Godrej because i thought that Godrej is good brand .Now i understand that it was not true as giving me a defective product and you people are not giving sufficient service on time. I am totally upset by the situation as i see my money at sea.

Click picture for your reference. Please look into this. Very disappointed with Godrej Products. Please don't buy. No More Godrej

After contract with company no one listen or receive your call. We bought Godrej Washing machine 11 months ago. Every month it gives a problem in its internal part. In the last 6 months, we have registered 8 complaints about this product disappointed from purchasing this product from such an unprofessional company.
