Hospitality of the staff found to be very good and impressing..
19th January, 2020 is the launch date of this project and bookings will be started as per Token numbers. Two types of token are there I.e. Platinum and Gold based on token/booking amount. Priority of choices will be given to Platinum token holders as per token numbers...
1100 trees, Season garden will be the main attraction of this project, but all this thing will take time as trees not going to grow immediately...
Rest most of amenities will be available as available in other projects too..
On looking for Floor plant, both rooms found to be 10*10 and no master bedroom is there, kitchen also found to be very small as just 7*7. In my personal opinion, room and kitchen size is small and could be more better. But as this project, spending on trees, gardens, etc etc, they may have compromised on room, kitchen size
No sample flat available as launching is on 19th Jan., 2020..
Follow up and communication of the staff is very well and appreciable..
Approach road and nearby areas to this project is not developed but yeah will be developed in coming years..
Hope that project will be completed within given time frame..

I have paid for registration as well, now I am following up with them on registration and they are not responding to calls or emails. Its been more than a year I paid to them for registration. Godrej was trusted hence I relied on them but I have loss the trust.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice Project... The attraction of 1100 trees in the whole project (It's like Phase 1 & 2) is really nice... The approaching roads are narrow now but will be developed in the future per the Godrej Reps... This will be a landmark once completed... Good offers & White business...

Are you planning to buy an apartment in the name of "Godrej"? Please don't repeat my mistake. I purchased two flats in Godrej's name and facing issues with both flats. I am not local to Pune and currently live in Noida to work from home, so it's hard for me to visit Pune regularly. They scheduled my registry plan for march end because stamp duty is increasing from 1st April 2022 and asked me to come to Pune on the arrival of Pune; they said the registry was not possible CRM did not attend the call. I have been approaching them for the last 15 days; still, I had a horrible experience. I roamed here and there in Pune's street; at last, I took a return flight and came back home; it was a waste of my time, money, and business value. In writing an email about this horrible experience, I get to know that I can't complain about Godrej Properties as there is no appellate email or number. If you think you will approach Twitter or other social media channels, they don't reply. Twitter's DMs screenshot is attached.
I wrote this single issue but do not want to write a lengthy note on all problems. Overall, you will not get pretty services after buying an apartment.
Overall not a customer-friendly company. You can't raise your complaints. I tried hard; google searched but failed to find the complaint email or number. Finally, I urge customers not to buy a property in the name of Godrej.
