★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have booked Evoke in year 2019. They collected all the money as mentioned in the agreement even during COVID but when there is a completion time , they are giving us the excuse of covid. Now , they are extending the date of possession. But most disgusting part is the relationship manager's response. My relationship manager is Ms. Simran. She even don't bother to pick phone or revert back. What kind of professional Godrej has appointed. If relationship manager is not bother to respond then why you are assigning the relationship manager. you are taking huge amount to give such services. we invested in Godrej due to name, but it is pathetic. we like to aware all the buyers to please come openly to address such gross irregularities related to builders commitment to deliver the property, as per the agreement done at the time booking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ POSESSION DELAYED INDEFINITELY GGL SHYING AWAY FROM PAYING DELAY PENALTY.
DATE OF POSESSION HAS PASSED 21st April 2022. The only help for Buyers is to go through UPRERA process. Godrej has taken money and says it is “Helpless”. Trusting Godrej was the Biggest Blunder infact there is no interest from the Bombay based Party to look into this. They are sitting on 8000 cr cash and doing nothing.
OCCUPANCY CERTIFICATE STUCK FOR CREST VILLAS FOR PAST 12 months. NO REPLY FROM GODREJ THIS GROUP HAS BLUFFED CUSTOMERS BY TAKING MONEY ON THE PRETENSE OF FAKE PROMISES. GODREJ CRM BLAME GNIDA OFFICERS FOR NOT GRANTING THEM OC WHEN WE APPROACHED THEM LAST YEAR.
REP1 Land by ACE so just imagine when will they offer for possession ? PROJECT DEADLINES BEING INCREASED IN THE NAME OF COVID

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly, this vintage project has run into problem and Godrej has miserably failed to obtain mandatory OC (Occupancy Certificate) required for offering possession of its phase 1 comprising 308 odd Crest units. After two God sent extensions of RERA dates, the possession for its phase 1 Crest cluster was to be given to us latest by 21/04/2022 but did not happen despite having taken 90% payments from us almost a year back. Godrej team is not being transparent as to why OC is stuck in their case ? This could even be an endless and long wait for end use buyers. Worst is their responsiveness and unless escalated you are not heard. They are not ready to talk about Delay Penalty. I believe the only respite will be through the regulator. Possession getting DELAYED indefinitely and hence any star rating will be meaningless at this stage!! By the way Rating of 4.1 is all stage managed. The entire CRM team behaves as if there has been no violation of the agreement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Golf Links CREST VILLAS under Phase 1 of the project is not being given Occupancy Certificate by GNIDA authority applied by the developer nine months ago in July 2021. The RERA date has been extended from the original March 2021 to Sept 2021 to April 2022 (which is gone now).
I have a unit booked in phase 1, paid 90% last year. But I am still clueless about the possession date.
Godrej does not give us any clear picture or given any date for possession for Crest Villas phase 1.
The only response we get from the Godrej team is to be patient and soon we will get the possession.
