Called the number to enquire about chairs. The person said, visit the showroom, you'll get to see more options. Delighted, went there next day during early afternoon, to see closed shop. Called again, this time asked "what you want", said "Office Chair, But shop is closed ", Person asked me to wait there till his caretaker comes or come back again tomorrow. Waited for 15-20 mints, no one showed up.
Explains, they don't give a damn about customers or probably don't need them at all. Was happy to see Godrej Interio Showroom in city like Amravati but looks like this franchise owner was a mistake.
Piece of Advice : Go visit local shops, you'll get more variety and good customer service.
