β β β β β Very bad experience. Iβve purchased a wall-bed which was broken from day one, its been 7 months and still no response from the team nor is it fixed yet. Iβm very disappointed by the service. The executive on the call doesnβt answer properly and my complaint is ignored. Wonβt ever recommend someone to purchase from here.

β β β β β Excellent sales and service. We bought the Godrej Transpose sofa bed from the Byculla store. Wahid and Nitin both helped us a lot. With multiple house visits, measurements etc. They ensured that the bed was delivered and installed as per our request.
I was almost out of the store before Wahid pulled out this product!! I had only imagined this kind of products bro be available abroad. Mind was set as soon as I saw it.
Perfect product for our humble home.

We bought all those items and received the delivery in just 4 days and on the 7 th day our entire furniture was assembled. Byculla store team was verry kind and helpful to us. Verry happy wid d services .
