You can browse from beds, dinning tables, chairs, almirahs, wardrobes, cabinets and many interior decoration furniture. They provide you high quality steel and wood furnitures. One of their sales executive, Mitali had assisted us really well with all relevant information and made our purchase experience really hassle free and satisfactory. Very cooperative, sweet and understanding lady. Got the furniture within 2 weeks and the installation team came within 48hours of delivery. The store contains pretty good stuffs starting from bed to wardrobe to sofa to modular kitchen and is really clean with all needed measures for covid taken. All the best to the entire team of this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service ever. I purchased a 3 door wardrobe from this outlet in the month of October, 2021. On the day of delivery, one door (with mirror) was broken and one hanger was missing. The delivery guy himself told that he made a complaint to change the door and hanger, delivery guy complained and gave me complain id.
I was about to leave India, so I literally begged them please make the change as soon as possible. After begging again and again when I did not get any response after 2 weeks I called the number of delivery section. then they told "your complaint is not registered", I was like oh my god even the delivery man complaint 2 weeks ago. how could be this possible? then they told they are registering my complaint again. Then I asked them to deliver within next 2 weeks (4 weeks past original complain) or else they have to deliver when I return to India in February 2022 (only with limited time). No one else would be in home any other time to receive the product (That I told to them repeatedly). The shop's sales person told they are not responsible for delivery. What the hell is going on I wasn't able to understand?!. If I purchase something from any shop and their product is broken on the day of delivery, Where should I tell? now its been already 5 months. now in February I am here in Kolkata, I called the sales person, she told she is not well she can not talk even. I am going to complaint to consumer forum, if my problem is not solved this week.
