★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad product, I bought one wardrobe on Feb,2021 and today is 23rd March, 2021, I had to call 2 times for the same issue I am facing. Technician can not even able to fix the issue properly.
When calling customer care they are just raising service ticket, for any feedback they are asking customer to mail to some email id, they cannot take any feedback. ALSO if you call multiple times, multiple people receive call and say different different things.
WORST SERVICE EVER, THAT NOT EXPECT FROM GODREJ.

They do not care for the customer requirement.
You are not doing charity your taking money from customers in return of your third grade service and products. Hence, customer should be in the driving seat and not the other way around.
You should respect customer policy and requirement more than your own ego and policy.
Also please talk with customers and share informations sensibly and logically rather then just talking in the air and without any proper logic and justification.
