1.The product was amazing
2. The service of the particular store's representative was amazing
3.The installation engineers are really skilled as per the level.They will take care of your products like you want to treat your very own assets.
They are expert, and installed the entire thing in a very small space ,with great care of my product,wall, interior and every other small things.
4. The store went out of the box to deliver and install my things in same day . The installation person report to my place within 10 minutes of my delivery. I was really happy for such service and also Sorry and ashamed for my rude behavior during the discussion .
Overall it's a very nice experience with Store, store representative, delivery and installation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is well mannered and has a good product knowledge. However either its the company or its area sales manager that they tend to test the patience of the customers. The pricing and discount policies are strange. The staff says something and the area sales manager differs on same. Then you order additional parts of your existing furniture then they take a lifetime to deliver the said product. Almost a month since made the payment and still the product is not yet delivered. Strange behaviour in this era of social media. The prior purchase from shyamal store was smooth and simple but this being the franchisee store of the company seems to make the purchase such a horrifying experience.
It doesnt allow me to review the store again. So editing the old review only. After almost one month I get the shelfs that I booked for wardrobe and the photo is attached for one of the shelf. Also the staff while booking the shelfs books only the shelfs and not its supports on which the said shelfs rests. Amazing service. Kudos !!!!

First visit - to discuss and cupboard options, prices and discounts, if available at all.

Second visit - to make the part payment and placing the order.
