★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GODREJ INTERIO IS THE WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. I BOUGHT AN ALMIRA FROM THEM IN DECEMBER 2018 WHICH WAS DEFECTIVE AND COULD NOT BE FIXED IN 6 MONTHS AND FINALLY THEY AGREED TO EXCHANGE IT. I BOUGHT ANOTHER ALMIRA WHICH WAS BRAND NEW BUT HAD SCRATCHES ON IT AND THE PAINT WAS CHIPPED OFF SO I RETURNED IT REQUESTING FOR A SCRATCHLESS ALMIRA SINCE I HAD PAID FOR IT. 7 MONTHS IN A ROW I NEITHER GOT AN ALMIRA, NOR MY MONEY. FORGET ABOUT THE COMPENSATION FOR THE MENTAL HARRASSMENT.
NIDHIN JOSE MISBEHAVED WITH ME OVER THE PHONE CALL SAYING, HE IS NOT BOUND TO RESOLVE CUSTOMER 'S ISSUES
HIS BOSS RAHUL NEVER HAD THE COURTESY TO CALL ME.
MANOJ, BRANCH MANAGER TOO IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL GUY.
THEY ARE CHARGING A PREMIUM FOR SOMETHING ORDINARY AND GIVING PETHATIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I MUST SAY GODREJ INTERIO IS IN VERY BAD HANDS.
I SINCERELY HOPE THAT IT GOES BANKRUPT THE WAY JET AIRWAYS HAPPENED WITH THE ONLY DIFFERENCE THAT WHILE JET EMPLOYEES HAD SYMPATHIES OF ALL, THE EMPLOYEES OF GODREJ INTERIO SHOULD BE LEFT BEGGING!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought interio a month back, n they delivered the almira, n told that mirror would be attached by tomorrow ..
Its a month till now, nothing has been done about it yet after so many complains n calls made to them.
The servicing and people who attend calls have such a bad way of talking and reverting back.
Another complain has been submitted to your main official e-mail.
Never going to purchase a godrej product now, n would recommend other people to never purchase a godrej product from now on.
Lets hope this comment makes a difference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A decent collection of godrej Interio products range. Not one of the best designed spaces and visibility of the store is really low. A person passing by won’t notice it due to its location. I think a better location could have been chosen by the company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could explain how badly managed their store is. Having ordered a queen bed with sidetable and storage, they mentioned that it would be delivered in 10-15 days. Since we wanted it earlier, we made a request to him and he said he would try. Now, 25 days later, having already paid in full, we are yet to receive the delivery for the bed. It was very urgently required and we trusted this Godrej outlet to fulfill the order and they have failed miserably. What's most surprising is that there is no way to escalate the matter, since the official customer support mail receiver doesn't respond to email complaints. Most fascinating thing is that he always has the same excuse - the company has not provided him any update, the company has not dispatched the shipment, the company people are busy in 4-day yearly meet and what not. You are the company and I am least bothered about your difficulties. All I care about, as a customer, is whether you have fulfilled your promises. You haven't and that has broken my trust in Godrej and their people. Even if you plan to buy a Godrej product, try and avoid this outlet. They are non-responsive and do not sympathize with customer's concerns. Fingers crossed for delivery and after-sale service.
