★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Various types of Godrej locks, latches and lockers available. Also this is an authorised service centre. But you need to carry cash as they don't accept any crad payments and ATMs are a little bit far from the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this shop is a genuine godrej shop with full of designable locks and any locks can be found here , the behaviour is a bit bad but moreover its ok, anyone can buy locks from here with closed eye.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are big frauds. I took a lock for repair. They said it would cost 350/- to repair because a few spare parts were missing from the lock. But infact nothing was missing as the lock had never been opened before and i got it repaired at a shop at Sodepur for just 10/-. It was shocking for me to know that nothing was wrong with the lock. It just needed to tighten a screw. That's it. But these people just want to rip off people of their money by lying and looting them. I would never visit them to buy or repair and neither would i recommend anyone else.
If there was anything less than 1 star here, i would have marked that for these cheaters. In the name of business, they only loot customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surprised to see such high rating for this store. One of the worst store I came across in long time with the owner having serious attitude issue. You will get a feel that they are doing a favour to you. Not sure if people here are used to this kind of attitude and thus rated high or I had some special experience.... Better to avoid this store, absolute unprofessional owner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ignorant and arrogant owner. He doesn't have a 10 inch pin cylinder lock, that's alright, but the problem is he doesn't even believe in the existence of the same. His standard reply to any question is "I'm working in lock industry for 27 years, I know better that everyone on this. If you don't believe you can go elsewhere" Seems he has locked his brain also for 27 years which has virtually made him a narcissist !!
