★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is centrally located, the amenities that are being provided here have attracted me toward considering to purchase an apartment here. The apartments are quite spacious, and Godrej it self is such a huge brand. I could easy trust on them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am owner of Godrej Infinity, next to Godrej Rejuve. All I can say that don't get in the trap of sales. For very small things I am struggling to get fixed but from last 1.5 years they are not responding to my mails and gives one or the another excuse. In simple words they will not care for you even 1 % as deal will get finalized. Its your hard earned money so its your wish !!!

I booked a flat and I have to keep chasing about my payment they neither call and when I call them they never call back.CRM assigned to me is so terrible that she lost my cheque and I have to keep chasing about my payment etc. Such an irresponsible employees and I feel helpless because the Manager is not responding my calls and CRM too.

Water drainage in rainy season, Most dirty roads with pot holes and garbage on both sides, no gardens or footpaths , street lights, Before investing buying visit in day and during night then decide

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure on the Godrej Project Quality...But I visited personally to check the Kharadi Keshavnagar Bridge work has inaugurated on 2nd April 22.....Kharadi will be 1 km from Godrej area...Which is good..... This ll be completed in 2 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont trust the brand name they carry. Sales team cheats customers. They are inflating price unnecessarily. Sales team is very rude and arrogant.
Focuses on proving customer wrong instead of negotiation
It is total waste of time to discuss with this sales team.
Also, there is no channel to raise or highlight the concern in Godrej property / Godrej group.
If sales team is sharing such an experience, it is evident what kind of service they will provide in future.
As requested, please find more details:
Sales team sold 3 bhk flat on 15th+ floor at the price of 99 lakh
Whereas in, at the same time they are charging me 6th floor 3 bhk flat at 1.05 cr.
Price is not justified in Keshav nagar where other builders are ready for negotiation and your sales team is rude and arrogant and quoting the prices as if carved on stone.
During the discussion, they were rude and didnt respect the customer. Wasted my time by calling me for negotiation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away from GODREJ. They are the biggest fraudster. If you don't believe me do visit their HINJEWADI projects and talk to any owner. They have delivered garbage and it would feel like a CHAWL.
Worst customer service and more worse construction quality.

Don't get fooled by the brand name here. It translates to nothing, I have purchased a property in Infinity. My experience with their CRM has been absolutely terrible and you are taken for a ride on everything from date of possession, parking to as basic as no inverter connected in your flat.
Don't get fooled by the promise of Bridge, it was never and will never be under Godrej's control, they just use it to increase their SALES. The bridge was supposed to be ready before Infinity's possession .
Want to give ZERO stars but google doesn't allow.
