Think 100 times before investing here. DIDN'T EXPECT THIS FROM GODREJ. VERY SAD, JUST FOR MONEY YOU ARE DOING THIS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not adhere to any noise pollution regulations or standards. As a resident nearby, they're constantly creating issues. Despite numerous police complaints, this has not been resolved.
I feel sorry for the construction staff, clearly their employer has no concern for their health or safety. The damage done by workplace noise pollution is well documented. No idea why Godrej is using such a cheap contractor with such shoddy standards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Making noise pollution in complete disregard of all pollution control norms. Nearby resident and my life has become hell because of them. Multiple complaints but no action. Feel very sorry for the workers on site, who will always have a propensity to develop lifelong ailments. Godrej is basically making you lavish flats on the health hazard of poor workers and labours. Remember this once when they come to sell you this.
