★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went with my grandfather today at 12.30am as he was a suspect covid-19 patient. While he was still in the ambulance, a ward boy from the hospital entered and checked for oxygen (SpO2) level and reported to me as 76%. It was shocking as I had just checked about 30 minutes prior to this test and his oxygen was 97%. I checked with his oxometer once again which was showing 98-99% and checked with the oxometer i had purchased which was showing 99%. Then Mr. Ward boy put it again on his finger, did some adjustment and showed me the reading as 74% and heart rate as 33 bpm. He then told us that oxygen will have to be put for breathing as levels are showing low. It clearly seemed like this hospital was interested in a nice long bill, so we didn't let them take my grandfather out from the ambulance and left to another backup option hospital that we had selected.
Strongly urge competent authorities to take action against them or if that may not be possible, I request their senior management to look into why such things are happening under their nose at this hospital. I was recommended this hospital via BMC helpline number 1916.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to thanks to all the staff of Dr Goel's Hospital who helped in taking care of my brother. He was admitted to hospital in emergency due to shortness of breath and returned home safely within few days.
Dr Goel gave me full support in the financial condition. She is a doctor who gives priority to treatment of patient, in any situation.
May god always keep all those people healthy and safe, who are risking their own health to cure others in this corona epidemic.
