My son ordered food online while on train but the food was never delivered and even after so much follow up did not even return the money.
Never book anything meals from these cheaters

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have ordered food for lunch well in advance and thought to get it at Ahmednagar station as ordered and skipped my normal lunch time and waiting eagerly for the station... NO ONE CAME.. I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE THEY SAID IT'S ON THE WAY TRAIN STOPPED MORE THAN THE STIPULATED TIME but no one came.... Finally I had to take some snacks from next station.. So dont trust and order also don't pay in advance..
FYI.. While ordering customer care called me and helped me to order.. what an irony

I booked my meal while on train and paid them online but the food never came to be delivered. Their support system is the worst and of no use as i immediately contacted them to refund the money there was not good delivery but i was asked to drop a msg on WhatsApp. Upon doing so and following up for so many times, there is absolutely no response from their team.
Avoid this cheaters and stay safe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is amazing option on the go in train. Menu was limited but good items to fill the same tummy. Price is reasonable as we get food in train in our coach at our seat. Food was warm. Must try!
Quality was good and quantity was sufficient.
Taste was excellent.
Cash on delivery is also an option if we feel insecure about delivery. Delivery boy brought the change so everything went really well and we are delighted to have your service. Keep up the good work.
