★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In 2002, while i was in college took treatment from Dr. Gokhale for caratitis conjuctivitis .. treated well , but it took almost 2 months to complete treatment .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am Radhey shyam Vashistha from Rewari Haryana.Dr.Nikhil.s.Gokhale has done cataract surgery successfully of my both eyes.Dr.Gokhale has deep knowledge of eyes and expert of surgery.I am heartly thankful for him.I have paid for his work.But i will be in debt for his kind and humanitarian behaviour.May God bless him long healthy life to serve the humanity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This rating is merely for the procedure of taking appointment. The appointment scheduling itself is so difficult and annoying that I have to rate merely for that even without availing the doctor services. So I have been trying to take an appointment for the past 3 days. They have a very weird procedure that for appointment one needs to call at 7.00pm only the previous day. So when I called in the morning I was told that for next day's appointment I need to call at 7.00pm in the evening. And when I called at 7.04pm I was told that all the appointments have been filled and there is no slot available. On expressing displeasure that I have been trying for past 3 days the receptionist took down my name and number saying that she will try if something is available for Monday. That too i should confirm by calling on Saturday. And why not Saturday? Now if their process is to take appointments only at 7.00pm the previous day, then Saturday should be fully available and Monday also she will try which implies that Monday also there no appointments available. Then what is this whole drama of 7.00pm time for appointments of next day i don't get it. Anyways, I have decided to find another doctor, I am not going to delay my treatment because of their ridiculous procedures. Certainly there are other good doctors in a city like Mumbai. Since there was a recommendation and some of my family members have already consulted I thought of consulting but not at the cost of delaying my treatment by wasting time in chasing for an appointment.
