★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was dissatisfactory, when I put my hemiplegic (paralysed) father under their care. Many a times, there was no caretaker on the floor, and the available caretaker aren't competent with their job. The mentally incapacitated and mentally normal patients are kept together causing disturbance to normal patients. I'll just say, think twice before putting your loved ones under their care.
Also, the head of the institute should monitor the staff well, and must be available in the institute to monitor them properly.

Disease : All pateints having various diseases are given regular check up from doctors.
Illness : Mental illness patients are given checkups from psychiatrist and psychologists.
Environment : Clean and healthy environment for the patient.
Activities : Regular recreational activities.
