Owner should know training the staff with basic manners, basic technology for their business is critical. They have got enough customers hence the arrogance, you can see from their attitude that they won't mind loosing a few customers Totally non cooperative and being a chemist their service is towards patients. Very low standards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really really bad treatment with patients, I'm on tb patient treatment they refused me medicines citing I have to show physical prescription, I had shown the recent prescription on mobile and also was ready to Whatsapp it to them as I do it regularly to the medical store I purchase from. I by chance missed to have a medicine so wanted to buy they refused citing govt requirements, I wish to ask here does govt which provides medicines free for this sickness , can a medical store at 9 pm at night harass a patient ????? Inspiring of giving requisite prescription.... Really really pathetic behaviour.... To top it all they even showed me availability and still did not give the medicine which are so difficult to find always ....??
