★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very good place to buy sweets and savouries. Main branch in Akota but has a branch on vasna road too. It has very good quality items and a whole lot of variety of packed as well as freshly made typical delicacies also. In fact the quality has only improved over the years, in our experience.
On Sunday mornings, in particular, festival or no festival, there may be visible a long queue of customers waiting to pick up their favourites. Specially for fafda and jalebi, freshly made.
You can move around in the shop and pick items. Variety of good quality khakhras available.
Helpful staff. Two shops away, another outlet of Gokul sells freshly made, warm snacks like samosa, khaman, white dhokla and gota.
Very popular among good quality food lovers. This trusted shop has a large clientele, including us!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the dry snacks at my place are mostly from gokul. We love their tikhi boondi, khakhra and other namkeens. I personally love their samosas and idada. Nylon khaman is also tasty
