They require Urgent teaching on basic manners and behavior.....
Very rudeness is observed....actually worst staff...dr. mehta sud take serious steps in this matter.....I have read past reviews of few months back also.....but still no improvement...

relative .. Pramod the staff of the Hospital is the worst person ever seen no decency to speak to relative of patient.... Very Much Uneducated Staff , manner less staff Request to Management along with Salary please give them Manners and Politeness too.
Very Old Hospital But Staff is Ridiculous... Staff is Spoiling the Image of the Reputed Hospital.. Pls take this to Higher authority.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Naresh Mehta is very experienced and diagnoses the issue very quickly. Call on doctors are also experienced.
Staff is polite and helpful. Sister Jagruti in ICU is very quick and sincere in her work. Mr. Pramod is very helpful. Location of hospital is near Mulund railway station. So commute is easy.
Only one improvement needed is there is no Ramp. Patient needs to be carried to hospital on 1st floor by stairs and other issue is scanning facilities are 1.5km away. All other things are fine and really nice doctors and staff.
